For the longest time I had heard about car tuning and I didn’t really understand what it meant. I started looking into the tuning process and found out that it is essentially a modification process which is geared towards improving the performance of a vehicle.

When I was shopping for a car, I was not impressed by what was available in the market. The vehicles that I would wish to own were too expensive for me that was when I started looking further into the car tuning process. My brother is great with cars and when I mentioned that I was interested in Mazda tuning, he got on board and within three months I had my dream car parked in my garage.

The tuning process

I already owned a good Mazda vehicle and I was open to the idea of having it tuned-up to my dream car. My brother spear headed the tuning process and told came up with a budget of what the Mazda tuning would cost me. Compared to buying a new car, I was comfortable with the overall cost of the tuning process.

The key changes that I wanted made on the car included the altering of the vehicle’s fuel economy, the production of increased power by the vehicles and I also wanted to have better handling of the vehicle. My brother could not take on the whole task alone, and we worked on the car together up to the capacity that we could. I had to take the car in to the shop for the more technical tuning processes.

After assessing my needs and the work that my brother and I had already put into the car, the dealer where I took my car for the Mazda tuning gave me a break-down of the remaining amount of work and what it would cost. I was comfortable will the cost and the dealers did a lot of work on the car, beginning with changing the engine for a high-powered engine.

They changed all the worn out parts the vehicle had and replaced them with high-performing parts. It took quite a considerable amount of time because of the level of work I required, but after 3 months I had my high-performing tuned-up dream car.
